Payments
Flash Pays may periodically impose charges for the services it offers. These fees will be applied according to the method, rates, and regular schedule specified by Flash Pays. The fees are subject to change at any time and for any reason. Taxes, if applicable, are not included in the fees; however, Flash Pays may occasionally incorporate these taxes into the fees. You acknowledge that throughout these Terms, you are responsible for covering any tax adjustments mandated by law.
You will receive monthly statements from us detailing the costs incurred for the services provided each month. These invoices can be accessed on the dashboard. If you have any disputes with an invoice, you must inform us in writing within ten (10) days of the invoice date. Any contested amounts will be resolved in good faith by Flash Pays.
It is your responsibility to conduct daily reconciliations for all processed transactions. You have a window of two (2) business days to report any discrepancies to Flash Pays. Any reconciliation issues must be brought to the attention of Flash Pays no later than two (2) business days following the transaction date. If such issues remain unresolved, Flash Pays denies any responsibility and liability.
Payment Authorization
By using our payment services, you authorize us to initiate payments on your behalf according to your instructions. You understand that once a payment is initiated, it may not be reversible, and you are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available in your designated payment method. We will not be liable for any fees, penalties, or consequences resulting from insufficient funds or any errors in payment instructions provided by you.
Manner of Payment Fees
You agree and acknowledge that any fees associated with the Services and other amounts owed to Flash Pays, including fines and penalties, will be deducted from the funds in your account before processing any payment. You must ensure that your account contains sufficient funds to proceed with any recommended Payout.
Furthermore, you recognize that Flash Pays has defined the method, cost, and frequency for the payment of fees. In the event of the following scenarios, you agree to pay any additional fees imposed by Flash Pays:
(a) You engage in multiple value-added services on the Flash Pays homepage, even if they were previously offered for free.
(b) You utilize any new services that are not explicitly mentioned in the Terms. By using any such Service or value-added service, you automatically authorize and accept any additional charges that Flash Pays may apply, as per their discretion. This applies to any Service or value-added service you choose to use.
Services
Receiving and Paying Links allow RTGS, UPI, IMPS, and NEFT transfers to bank accounts, UPI IDs, and debit and credit cards. Payouts and Payout Links let you arrange VPA or bank account payments.
Send the Payee a payment amount link if they don't have their bank account or VPA ID. Your Payee receives an SMS, email, or both link to enter account details. Payout Links pay quickly. You agree that Flash Pays is not liable for any errors or omissions made by you or the Payee when entering payment information or other information needed to process the Payout. It is clear that you alone must check the Payee's identity and legality.
Vendors Payments organizes accounts payable. Supplier invoices are available via email, vendor websites, drives, and more. Pre-populate the data on the website's dashboard and make it payable. By subtracting TDS from the bill, you can reduce taxes. This sum is withdrawn from your Customer Identifier balance and submitted to the government monthly.
- Vendor Payments Terms
Flash Pays does not provide any guarantees or warranties, whether explicit or implied, concerning the accuracy of information extracted from any file, such as an invoice uploaded to the Flash Pays dashboard. It is solely your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all invoice details before approving any payments. Flash Pays bears no responsibility for any inaccuracies or omissions on the Flash Pays page.
- Tax Payment Terms
Tax Payments feature on Flash Pays allows you to handle TDS, Advance Tax, and GST payments directly from the dashboard. The TDS component is automatically generated based on the rate you choose for your vendor. Using Your Customer Identifier, the TDS amount is deducted and sent to the government monthly. However, Flash Pays does not guarantee the accuracy of data extracted from files uploaded to the dashboard. It is your responsibility to verify the information before approving any payments, and Flash Pays is not liable for any errors, lack of information, or payment delays on the dashboard.
- Penny Testing Terms
By utilizing Flash Pays Penny Testing or Fund Account Validation service, you can confirm the legitimacy of a recipient's bank account or UPI ID by depositing one rupee into the specified account. The service verifies the recipient's account number, name, and bank information, including UPI ID, through the VPA validation utility by the National Payments Corporation of India.
For each Penny Testing transaction, you agree to pay additional fees, excluding the transaction amount. To use this service, you must have sufficient funds in your Customer Identifier to cover the associated fees.
Please note that Penny Testing can only be used once to validate a unique bank account or UPI ID unless expressly permitted otherwise by Flash Pays. Additionally, the same bank account or UPI ID cannot be verified more than once using this service.
- Accounting Software Integrations Terms
You authorize Flash Pays to access and process data from your accounting software. However, Flash Pays does not guarantee the accuracy of information extracted from files you upload to the dashboard. It is your responsibility to verify the data before authorizing any payments. Flash Pays is not liable for errors or omissions in the dashboard's content.
If your website supports it, you can connect accounting software to your dashboard, simplifying payments to partners, vendors, and suppliers. The software allows you to create payout files read by Flash Pays. These files can be imported into the control panel for payments, and payout results can be sent directly to compatible accounting software for reconciliation.
